1. Acceptance of Terms
下载、安装或使用 CubeMoment（以下简称"本应用"），即表示你已阅读并同意本协议的全部条款。如果你不同意本协议，请停止使用本应用。你确认自己已年满 13 周岁——本应用面向 13 岁及以上用户，未满 13 周岁者不得使用本应用。
By downloading, installing, or using CubeMoment ("the App"), you agree to be bound by all the terms of this agreement. If you do not agree, please stop using the app. You confirm that you are at least 13 years old — the App is intended for users aged 13 and above and must not be used by children under 13.

本应用是一款纯本地的 3×3 魔方 3D 模拟益智应用，提供跟手转层、视角操控、随机打乱、自动计时、步数统计、还原判定、新手教学等功能，并内置可选的云端排行榜。核心玩法无需账号，均在你设备本地运行。
为维持免费运营，应用内展示由第三方（Google AdMob）提供的横幅广告与插屏广告（插屏仅在玩家点击「再来一局」开始新局前展示，并受频率限制），广告内容与行为遵循其所属广告商的条款。
本应用提供可选的云端排行榜功能（基于 Google Play Games 服务）：你可在应用内自愿登录 Google 账号并上传"最快还原 / 最少步数"成绩。不登录不影响任何核心玩法；登录与账号数据受 Google 条款与隐私政策约束。
The App is a fully local 3D simulator and puzzle app for the 3x3 Rubik's Cube, offering smooth layer turns, camera control, one-tap scramble, an auto timer, a step counter, solve detection, a built-in tutorial, and an optional cloud leaderboard. No account is required for core gameplay; everything runs locally on your device.
To keep the App free, banner and interstitial ads are served by a third party (Google AdMob); the interstitial appears only when you tap "Play again" before a new solve and is frequency-capped. Ad content and behavior are subject to the terms of the respective advertisers.
The optional cloud leaderboard is powered by Google Play Games: you may voluntarily sign in with a Google account in the App and upload your fastest solve / fewest moves. Every core feature works without signing in; sign-in and account data are subject to Google's terms and privacy policy.

- 本应用仅供娱乐与益智用途，计时与步数等数据仅作为个人练习参考，不构成任何成绩、能力或竞赛表现的保证。个人表现因人而异。
- 本应用与 Rubik's 品牌及其商标无任何关联，不隶属于该品牌，也未获得其背书；应用内对魔方玩法与名称的描述仅为功能性表述。
- 广告内容由第三方广告商提供，本应用不对广告内容的真实性、合法性负责。
- 本应用按"原样"提供，不承诺服务永不中断或无错误。
- 排行榜成绩与排名仅用于休闲竞技与个人练习参考，不构成任何正式比赛、段位或资质认定；排名服务由 Google Play Games 提供，其运行受 Google 相关条款约束。
- The App is for entertainment and puzzle purposes only. Timer and move-count data are for personal practice reference and do not constitute any guarantee of skill, results, or competition performance. Individual performance varies.
- The App is not associated with, affiliated with, or endorsed by the Rubik's brand or its trademarks; references to cube mechanics and terms are purely descriptive.
- Ad content is provided by third-party advertisers; the App is not responsible for the truthfulness or legality of ad content.
- The App is provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
- Leaderboard scores and rankings are for casual competition and personal practice reference only; they do not constitute any formal competition, ranking tier, or qualification. The ranking service is provided by Google Play Games and subject to Google's terms.
四、用户责任
4. User Responsibilities
- 你应对自己使用本应用的行为负责，不得利用本应用从事任何违反法律法规的活动；
- 你不得对本应用进行逆向工程、反编译、修改或干扰其正常运行（适用法律允许的范围除外）；
- 本应用不要求你提供任何个人信息，请勿在应用内输入或存储敏感个人数据；
- 不得利用外挂、自动化脚本、漏洞或大量新建账号等手段伪造或干扰排行榜成绩的公平性。
- You are responsible for your own use of the App and must not use it for any unlawful activity;
- You must not reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or interfere with the normal operation of the App (except as permitted by applicable law);
- The App does not ask for personal information; please do not enter or store sensitive personal data in it; and
- You must not use bots, automated scripts, exploits, or mass-created accounts to fake or unfairly influence leaderboard scores.
五、知识产权
5. Intellectual Property
本应用的全部代码、界面、图标、玩法设计及相关内容的知识产权归开发者所有。未经许可，不得复制、修改、传播或用于商业用途。你在使用本应用过程中产生的本地数据归你本人所有。
All code, UI, icons, game design, and related content of the App are owned by the developer. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or commercially use them without permission. Local data you generate while using the App belongs to you.
六、协议变更
6. Changes to These Terms
我们可能根据产品与法规变化适时更新本协议，更新后的条款将在本页面发布并标注新的更新日期。继续使用本应用即视为接受更新后的条款。
We may update these terms from time to time. Revised terms will be posted on this page with a new date. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
