下载、安装或使用「唯一空格」（以下简称"本应用"），即表示你已阅读并同意本协议的全部条款。如果你不同意本协议，请停止使用本应用。本应用面向年满 13 周岁的用户，未满 13 周岁请勿使用本应用。
By downloading, installing, or using OneGap ("the App"), you agree to be bound by all the terms of this agreement. If you do not agree, please stop using the app. The App is intended for users aged 13 and older; if you are under 13, please do not use it.

本应用是一款本地数字滑块拼图益智游戏（又称"数字华容道"），提供 3×3、4×4、5×5 三档难度，目标是以尽量少的步数与用时将打乱的数字方块按顺序复原，并记录各档难度下的最佳成绩。
本应用为本地单机玩法：本地玩法无需注册账号、无需联网，玩法与数据均在设备本地完成与保存。排行榜为可选项——登录 Google Play Games 后，你的各难度最佳成绩（最短用时与最少步数）会上传至 Google 排行榜服务器，并以你的 Play 昵称展示名次；登录、账号与相关数据由 Google 按其服务条款与隐私政策处理，本应用无法读取你的密码。你可在"排行榜"弹层中随时退出登录，退出后本应用不再上传新成绩。为维持免费运营，应用内展示由第三方（Google AdMob）提供的 Banner 与插屏广告，广告内容与行为遵循其所属广告商及 Google 的条款。
The App is a local sliding-puzzle game (also known as a "number Hua Rong Dao" / 15-puzzle style game), offering 3×3, 4×4, and 5×5 difficulty levels. The goal is to restore the shuffled numbered tiles into order in as few moves and as little time as possible, with your best result recorded for each difficulty.
Local play is fully offline: no registration or internet connection is needed, and gameplay and data run and are stored locally on your device. Leaderboards are optional — after signing in to Google Play Games, your best result (fastest time and fewest moves) for each difficulty is uploaded to Google's leaderboard servers and shown under your Play nickname; sign-in, accounts, and related data are handled by Google under its own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, and the App can never read your password. You may sign out anytime in the "Leaderboards" panel; after signing out the App uploads no new scores. To keep the App free, ads are served by a third party (Google AdMob) in the form of a banner and occasional interstitials; ad content and behavior are subject to the terms of the respective advertisers and Google.

- 本应用仅供休闲娱乐，不构成任何"提升智力、训练脑力"的承诺或保证，游戏结果因人而异。
- 最佳成绩、设置等数据仅保存在设备本地，卸载应用或清除应用数据将永久删除，本应用不提供任何云端备份或恢复服务。
- 广告内容由第三方广告商提供，本应用不对广告所宣传内容的真实性、合法性或安全性负责。
- 本应用按"原样"提供，不承诺运行永不中断、绝无错误，也不对非因我方原因造成的体验问题负责。
- The App is for entertainment only and does not constitute any promise or guarantee of improving intelligence or "training your brain". Results vary from person to person.
- Best scores, settings, and other data are stored only on your device. Uninstalling the app or clearing its data will permanently delete them; the App provides no cloud backup or recovery.
- Ad content is provided by third-party advertisers; the App is not responsible for the truthfulness, legality, or safety of ad content.
- The App is provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation, and is not liable for experience issues beyond our control.
四、用户责任
4. User Responsibilities
- 你应对自己使用本应用的行为负责，不得将本应用用于任何违反法律法规的用途；
- 不得通过外挂、篡改本地数据、自动化脚本等方式作弊或干扰正常玩法与最佳成绩记录；
- 使用本应用时应遵守 Google Play 平台及你所在地区的法律法规与相关政策；
- 本应用自身不要求你提供个人信息，本地玩法无需注册；若你选择使用排行榜，账号由 Google Play Games 提供，相关使用同时适用 Google 的服务条款与隐私政策。请勿向他人透露任何登录凭证。
- You are responsible for your own use of the App and must not use it for any unlawful purpose;
- You must not cheat or tamper with normal gameplay or best scores through cheats, local-data modification, or automated scripts;
- You must comply with Google Play policies and the laws of your jurisdiction while using the App;
- The App itself requires no personal information and local play needs no registration. If you choose to use leaderboards, your account is provided by Google Play Games and such use is also subject to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Please do not share your sign-in credentials with others.
五、知识产权
5. Intellectual Property
本应用的代码、界面设计、图标、音效及相关内容的知识产权归开发者所有。未经许可，不得复制、修改、传播、反编译或用于商业用途。你在本应用内取得的游戏成绩归你本人所有。
All code, UI design, icons, sound effects, and related content of the App are owned by the developer. You may not copy, modify, distribute, decompile, or commercially use them without permission. The game results you achieve in the App belong to you.
六、协议变更
6. Changes to These Terms
我们可能根据产品与法规变化适时更新本协议，更新后的条款将在本页面发布并标注新的更新日期。继续使用本应用即视为接受更新后的条款。
We may update these terms from time to time. Revised terms will be posted on this page with a new date. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
