下载、安装或使用 SickNote（以下简称"本应用"），即表示你已阅读并同意本协议的全部条款。如果你不同意本协议，请停止使用本应用。
By downloading, installing, or using SickNote ("the App"), you agree to be bound by all the terms of this agreement. If you do not agree, please stop using the app.

本应用是一款纯本地的健康信息记录工具，提供生病记录、用药提醒等基础功能。本应用不提供账号服务，所有功能均在你设备本地运行。为维持免费运营，应用内展示由第三方（Google AdMob）提供的广告，广告内容与行为遵循其所属广告商的条款。
The App is a fully local health-information recording tool that provides sick records, medication reminders, hospital management, and other basic features. No account is required; everything runs locally on your device. To keep the App free, ads are served by a third party (Google AdMob); ad content and behavior are subject to the terms of the respective advertisers.

- 本应用所记录的内容仅作为个人健康参考，不构成任何医疗建议、诊断或治疗方案。如身体不适，请及时咨询专业医疗机构。
- 用药提醒功能仅作为辅助提醒，不保证提醒的绝对及时性与可靠性（如设备关机、系统限制等可能导致提醒失效）。因未按时服药产生的一切后果由用户自行承担。
- 本应用按"原样"提供，不承诺服务永不中断或无错误。
- Content recorded in the App is for personal reference only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you feel unwell, consult a qualified medical professional.
- Medication reminders are auxiliary only; punctuality and reliability are not guaranteed (e.g., device shutdown or system restrictions may prevent them). You are solely responsible for any consequences of missed doses.
- The App is provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
四、用户责任
4. User Responsibilities
- 你应对自己输入的数据的真实性与合法性负责；
- 你应妥善保管应用内导出的备份文件，防止健康信息泄露；
- 你不得利用本应用从事任何违反法律法规的活动。
- You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you enter;
- You should keep exported backup files secure to prevent leakage of health information;
- You must not use the App for any unlawful activity.
五、知识产权
5. Intellectual Property
本应用的全部代码、界面、图标及相关内容的知识产权归开发者所有。未经许可，不得复制、修改、传播或用于商业用途。你输入的个人数据归你本人所有。
All code, UI, icons, and related content of the App are owned by the developer. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or commercially use them without permission. The personal data you enter belongs to you.
六、协议变更
6. Changes to These Terms
我们可能根据产品与法规变化适时更新本协议，更新后的条款将在本页面发布并标注新的更新日期。继续使用本应用即视为接受更新后的条款。
We may update these terms from time to time. Revised terms will be posted on this page with a new date. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
