下载、安装或使用 Mnemo（以下简称"本应用"），即表示你已阅读并同意本协议的全部条款。如果你不同意本协议，请停止使用本应用。
By downloading, installing, or using Mnemo ("the App"), you agree to be bound by all the terms of this agreement. If you do not agree, please stop using the app.

2. Service Description
本应用是一款纯本地的数字记忆训练游戏，提供九宫格挑战、记忆矩阵、速记闯关、翻牌配对、编码图鉴等训练模式。本应用不提供账号服务，所有功能均在你设备本地运行。
为维持免费运营，应用内展示由第三方（Google AdMob）提供的广告，广告内容与行为遵循其所属广告商的条款。排行榜功能由 Google Play Games Services 提供，为可选项，仅在你主动登录后使用，并受 Google 相关服务条款约束。
The App is a fully local memory-training game offering Grid Challenge, Matrix Memory, Chain Memory, Pair Match, and Code Index training modes. No account is required; everything runs locally on your device.
To keep the App free, ads are served by a third party (Google AdMob); ad content and behavior are subject to the terms of the respective advertisers. Leaderboards are provided by Google Play Games Services on an optional basis — they are used only after you voluntarily sign in and are subject to Google's applicable service terms.

- 排行榜成绩依赖网络与 Google Play Games 服务的可用性，本应用不保证其持续可用或绝对准确。
- 广告内容由第三方广告商提供，本应用不对广告内容的真实性、合法性负责。
- 本应用按"原样"提供，不承诺服务永不中断或无错误。
- Training and score data in the App are for personal entertainment and self-improvement reference only and do not constitute any medical, memory-enhancement, or performance guarantee. Results vary from person to person.
- Leaderboard scores depend on network connectivity and the availability of Google Play Games services; the App does not guarantee their continuous availability or absolute accuracy.
- Ad content is provided by third-party advertisers; the App is not responsible for the truthfulness or legality of ad content.
- The App is provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
四、用户责任
4. User Responsibilities
- 你应对自己使用本应用的行为负责，不得利用本应用从事任何违反法律法规的活动；
- 使用排行榜功能时，你应遵守 Google Play 及 Google Play Games 的相关服务条款，不得通过任何手段伪造、篡改或滥用排行榜数据；
- 本应用不要求你提供任何个人信息，请勿在应用内输入或存储敏感个人数据。
- You are responsible for your own use of the App and must not use it for any unlawful activity;
- When using leaderboards, you must comply with Google Play and Google Play Games terms and must not forge, tamper with, or abuse leaderboard data in any way;
- The App does not ask for personal information; please do not enter or store sensitive personal data in it.
五、知识产权
5. Intellectual Property
本应用的全部代码、界面、图标及相关内容的知识产权归开发者所有。未经许可，不得复制、修改、传播或用于商业用途。你在应用内创建或修改的编码联想内容归你本人所有。
All code, UI, icons, and related content of the App are owned by the developer. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or commercially use them without permission. The code associations you create or edit in the App belong to you.
六、协议变更
6. Changes to These Terms
我们可能根据产品与法规变化适时更新本协议，更新后的条款将在本页面发布并标注新的更新日期。继续使用本应用即视为接受更新后的条款。
We may update these terms from time to time. Revised terms will be posted on this page with a new date. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
